This item is just that little bit more unusual than most tongue bars, and it really looks fantastic - subtle but striking. Unfortunately, the internal threading is kind of awkward to use, especially since you can't see wehat you're doing. A word of warning - make sure it's screwed up *really* tight, because I managed to swallow mine within half an hour of putting it in! I *will* be buying another, though, as it was entirely my fault )
