Help! How Do I Use This Store?
1. Browse products and click 'add to basket' if desired. (If product has no 'add to basket' link it is because it is unavailable for some reason...)...
2. When you have finished, if you are not on the cart page, to view basket, click the 'basket' link at the top right of all pages...
3. To check out, click the 'checkout' link which is on the basket page or the top right of all pages. You will be forwarded to the log in page...
4. If you are already a customer, you can log in here, or if not, you can then choose to open an account (you may view order history with an account and save your details for future orders), or choose to checkout without opening an account. You will be forwarded to the personal details page...
5. Enter your name, address and landline phone number details (this must be the correct cardholder address as displayed on your bank statement), and then click 'continue to next step' (centre bottom right of page) where you will be forwarded to the delivery address page...
6. If you wish to have the goods sent to the cardholder address which you have already entered, then click 'use this address' where it says 'billing address'. If you wish to enter a different delivery address, you enter it where it says 'enter new address' and then click 'use this new address'. You will be forwarded to the payment page...
7. Select your payment option and click 'continue to next step'. You will be forwarded to the 'submit order' page where you can add further comments.
8. After checking the terms and conditions, click 'submit order'.
If you choose an online payment method, you will be then forwarded to the Protx server to enter your card details securely.
If you wish to make an offline payment such as telephone, cheque and postal order, you will be forwarded to another page - please see the instructions there for what to do next.
